Putu Piring

Putu piring is traditionally flavoured with coconut or brown sugar. However, modern Putu pirings comes in many flavours such as durian, peanut, sesame, etc.We took a modern take on this dessert and these are what we have came up with!Our “Putu piring” is constructed with coconut mousse on the outside and homemade peanut butter, desiccated coconut and a layer of sponge cake on the inside.
Cakeinspiration is not a halal certified bakery. However, all ingredients used are halal, no pork, no lard, no alcohol.
