Ondeh Ondeh Cheesecake
We took a modern take on this dessert and these are what we have came up with!This dome of pandan cheesecake carries a little secret... when this dessert is cut apart, rich gula melaka will flow out! To support the “Ondeh ondeh” we added a golden oreo at the base and added desiccated coconut all over the dessert to give it a more complete look!
