COLLECTION & DELIVERY

For all order placed on the shopping cart, a confirmation email with reference order number and content will be forwarded to the buyer.

Eve / day of Public Holiday Delivery

• Delivery fee will be $20

• We require a minimum ordering of 2 days advance, same day delivery will not be accepted. 

• Deliver timing is 2 hour time slot between 9am-6pm, no fixed slots

• For any change of delivery to self collection requested by the customer, delivery fee will not be refunded

** We partner with a third-party delivery company for all our delivery services. Hence, standard delivery slots will be between 10am-4pm only. If you need it at a specific time slot, we recommend our customers to arrange your own courier service to pick it up from us. Do let us know beforehand. Your driver should be aware of your order number, name and contact number for verification.

Self collection

1. Please Whatapps sales 1 or sales 2 to confirmed pickup timing and date from shop

2. Please provide the content of order – Items and reference order number .

3. We will prepare the order in advance

4. Please allow 3-4 hours for preparations of purchased same day.

5. Last Pickup Time will be 6pm daily

• If there is further info or clarification, our sales will contact you

Same Day Delivery

• We only offer same day delivery for selected items, please order on Gourmet Collections check products with same day delivery label . For Designer Collections please order atleast 1 day before your preferred time, we do not offer this same day delivery / pick up for this items .

• We will prepare the accepted order as soon as we received the confirmation ( cut off timing to order 1 p.m. daily ).

• If there is a situation the selection is not avail, our sales will contact you immediately for alternate arrangement

• Deliver timing is 2 hour time slot between 9am-6pm, no fixed slots .

• Due to tight arrangement, we cannot commit to specific timing to deliver the items, we will target to delivery the cake on the same day and if possible before your requested timing of arrived.

• Upon confirming all delivery info and sales order, our sales will contact the sender to ensure there is people to received the items .

• Kindly ensure all delivery address and contact info is accurate.

• All unreceived items will be return to company and disposed by 9 pm daily if not collection  

• Shop cannot commit to follow up delivery on same day if the miscoordination is due to customer’s negligence.

• Customer is expected to received the items in good conditions.

• Cancellation is not application for same day delivery order

Standard Delivery Service ( Advance Booking w Delivery )

• Order atleast 24-48 hours before your preferred date and time . 

• Cakeinspiration provide a nominal fee of $15 Islandwide standard delivery services

• Cut off order is 1 pm daily for next day option. If you make an order beyond cut off and delivery on next day, it will be charged as $20 delivery rate.

• For our delivery 2 hour time slot between 9am-6pm, no fixed slots .

• For any change of delivery to self collection requested by the customer, delivery fee will not be refunded.

 

 

Free Standard Delivery

• Free delivery for orders above $200 is available for orders made via the website (Residential area only), with a minimum 2 working days lead time. This will exclude any surcharge such as CBD / Sentosa / Tuas. We do not deliver to Jurong Island and restricted areas addresses.
