Cream Cake Decorator (Advance Level )

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Solid cream decoration foundation with ability to meet the design quality with confidence.

• Work scope includes - Stacking, carved, Iced and decorate cake/cupcake and other related process supporting the orders

• Adheres to safety and health regulations.

• Individual constantly striving for improvement with strong passion to learn and observing the latest market trend.

• Willing to learn and share with team and supporting company growth direction .

• Good exposure to fondant sugar art and baking experience will be strong plus point

Requirements :

 

• Good quality design skills with cake design reference.

• Wide knowledge base on difference cake design techniques

• Min 1 year experience with cake design ( Cake Decorator )

• Certification related to Pastry

• Creativity

• Team player

• Good time and project management experience

• Good attitude, Responsible and hardworking
